Yogic Journaling—Our Sentient Invincible Self

Create your best life by weaving the wisdom of ancient traditions, especially Maharishi Vedic Science, with the best in contemporary thinking.

In a setting of community and safety, this edition of the Yogic Journaling series invites you to explore your experiences in the context of deep knowledge. Each 2-hour lesson is an interactive workshop-style session with feedback from the instructor and opportunities to write and express yourself while expanding your understanding of life.
  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate
  • Duration:  November 16th - December 21st 
  • Lesson Days: 5 Lessons/2 hr. per lesson weekly November 16th, 30th, December 7th, 14th, 21st 
  • Class Time:  Wednesdays 2PM - 4PM EST
  • Note: A Tuesday evening course might be possible if there is enough interest. Email support@MUEonline.org to inquire.

  • PrerequisitesCompletion of Yogic Journaling—Writing From Within (a previous 8-week course) or attendance at the three-hour Getting Started in Yogic Journaling workshop on November 10. 
  • Open Enrollment: Open to all women, practice of the TM technique is not required.

Instructor

Elizabeth Taggart

Liz Taggart has been teaching courses in writing and Vedic literature in a university setting for over 20 years. She is a Certified Teacher of Transcendental Meditation. She holds a BS in Consciousness through MERU (Maharishi European Research University) and MA in Literature and Writing through Georgetown University. She has been involved with the Sarah Lawrence Writers Institute from 2014 to 2020.

As a businesswoman Liz co-owned the Hollis Taggart Galleries in New York City for more than two decades. Their fine art exhibitions and catalogues were noted by scholars and museums for their historical contributions. Also, she owned and operated the award-winning Vedic organic farm, Amba Farms, in Westchester County, New York. Amba Farms was widely recognized for its regenerative and nutrient-dense growing practices.
